- Universe: active countryclub.ph listings with both a published ask and highest bid.
- Nominal spread: published ask minus highest published bid.
- Median: midpoint of the sorted observations; for an even count, the mean of the two central values.
- Confidence: the platform label attached to the underlying signal.
- All values are nominal Philippine pesos and exclude unlisted club fees, taxes and transaction costs.
The downloadable CSV contains the observation-level fields used for the table. No user identity, contact information or private transaction data is included.
